Do I have to pay upfront? 
No. You are invoiced at the end of the week or month, depending on your volume and service agreement
Do I have to pay for custom set up/branding? 
No. This is an optional extra, but we want you to know all the likely costs up front, depending upon your requirements. 

Branding/custom set up is not for everyone, and we actively discourage you unless you have good reason or a volume of users to justify the additional costs. Don't be offended if we say no :-)
Why is there price differences?
Because we have a system to run, maintain and upgrade. You don't need to worry about any of that, but our costs and pricing is scalable to how many users each client/organisation has. The more users, the cheaper it is for us both. The less numbers, and the more administration and account management required, then the price is marginally higher. 
What if I don't know how many users I will have in a single month? 
Simple, you are only billed for the number of active devices/users within the system, at the end of the week/month, as per your service conditions. Pay for what you use, nothing more.
What if my monthly number of users changes each month? 
Pay for what you use. You will only be billed for what you used or went through our system during the billing cycle. 

One month you might have 200 users, the next you have 5,000. No problem, you are only billed for those active users during that time frame, and you now get a volume discount too!
